Peloton Apparel Return Policy?
The return policy for apparel.onepeloton.com is as follows:
- Any items purchased online or in-store may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Due to how quickly the inventory moves, exchanges are not offered. If a different product is desired, the original item should be returned and a new order placed.
- For a full refund, items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- If any items were purchased with a referral code, the order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items.
- Once the package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Apparel can be returned at any Peloton Showroom that carries apparel. Bike and Tread accessories (dumbbells, shoes, mats etc.) cannot be returned in showrooms.
- Peloton’s referral program is a $100 discount to the online Apparel store when you refer a friend to a Peloton Bike or Tread. This credit is a one-time use promotion, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. This reward cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards or merchandise credits and are valid for six months from issuance. If a partial order is returned, the total paid out of pocket for that item is credited back to the credit card that was used and the total portion of referral credit applied to that item will be refunded in the form of a new credit.
